Pathway 360 care prides itself in providing quality support for 16-18 year olds who are ready to take the next step towards independence, offering a life skills package in order to help them achieve that step closer to adult life.

Our goal is to provide an environment which is safe, nurturing, encouraging, creative and supportive in fully furnished homely properties.
Bespoke Support Plans
We build our bespoke support plans around the needs of the young person and do not work on the basis of a 'one size fits all' approach.

Our Mission

Our aim is to welcome children into our beautiful homes and be willing to offer a service for children who require support in bridging the gap between childhood and becoming a young adult. It is our mission to ensure that we support and encourage children to recognise and achieve their potential by offering a diversity of opportunities through education, nurturing, social interaction and inclusion, role modelling and independence skills.
